David has done a lot of different types of work for me at my home & also at my workplace, my Beautyroom. All work was finished to a high standard. He built me a fantastic spray tan area with wall cladding used. Would highly recommend

After having an issue with my kitchen hob & some additional snags after recently moving into a new apartment, David from Black & White Property Services was extremely helpful & easy to get in contact with. He came round & replaced the hob on my kitchen along with fixing the additional issues I had & got it all done earlier & much quicker than expected. He was very friendly & I couldn’t have been happier with the result & his service. I would definitely highly recommend him & his company 👍🏼.

Working with Dave at Black & White property services has been a pleasure. I own a property in Sunderland and came across Black & White. I can rely on Dave and his team to manage all of my issues should they arise. Recently I needed a boiler issue fixing. I needed the company I worked with to communicate the times, dates etc to my tennant, Black & Whites’ communication really helped as well as their quick & efficient service. Called at around 8 pm as me and my partner were struggling to put together an Ottoman bed frame in a one bedroom flat so a night in a hotel was on the cards. Craig was sent out and arrived within half an hour and provided exemplary service with a great price. Couldn’t be happier!

David is a very helpful and friendly guy. I called him after I was let down by another company. It was only a small job fixing a shower screen that had come away from the wall but David arrived when he said he would, had it fixed in no time and at a really good price. I’m a private landlord and will use him on all of my properties in future. Can’t recommend him enough!
